When starting a new corporation in Wyoming, a set of bylaws should be created to define the various logistical and financial provisions not previously stated in the initial registration documents. This document will provide you with written proof that the members of your business have agreed to the rules and regulations described within the bylaws. There is no legal obligation to draft an agreement and this document shouldn’t be filed with the Secretary of State. Instead, a copy should be reviewed and signed by all relevant parties before being implemented in your business structure.
