A partnership agreement is an organizational tool that you should consider drafting during the initial formation of your partnership. When completed, the agreement will act as an internal document and needn’t be filed with the Secretary of State. Once drafted and signed by all necessary parties, it will provide a clear representation of the manner in which the entity is organized and managed, enabling it to be used as evidence in the case of a legal dispute. Because of the complex nature of this agreement, it is wise to have an attorney review its contents to ensure that it  will accommodate each partner’s interests as effectively as possible. Take the time to read through the template found below in MS Word format and Adobe PDF to see whether it will be helpful in drafting a partnership agreement of your own.
