Business representatives forming a new partnership should consider drafting an agreement to strengthen the internal structure of their business. While a number of logistical and financial details are defined when filing the initial formation documents, there are still many provisions that are left undocumented. For this reason, drafting a partnership agreement should be seriously considered by the founding partners of any partnership.
