When registering your business with the Business Services Department of the Secretary of State’s office, it is wise to consider first registering for an online services account. This will streamline the filing process and deliver whatever filing you’re trying to submit instantly to the appropriate authorities. Although this account is not necessary to file online as there is the option to create a temporary account for a single filing, it is wise to keep an account through which you can manage your entities, keep track of online payments and review previous filings. Of course you will be privy to all filing forms in the PDF format if you wish to submit your filings through the mail in the traditional fashion, however, we highly suggest that you follow the few steps below and take full advantage of the benefits of today’s e-filing systems put in place by the Oklahoma State government.
