How to Request
Step 1 – The first step in acquiring a Certificate of Good Standing is to navigate to the business search portal within the website of the Minnesota Secretary of State. Step 3 – You will now need to enter your delivery information, as the certificate will be sent through the mail. Select Next when finished.
Review the information you have submitted thus far and select Submit if it is, to the best of your knowledge, up-to-date and correct.
Step 4 – You will need to complete the payment within a third party website hosted by US Bank. To do so, select the Continue to US Bank link below the page displaying your order information.
Step 5 – If you have an account with US Bank you may sign in here. If not, please select Pay Without Registering to continue.
Step 6 – Complete the payment by submitting the following data to the provided fields and selecting Continue:

- Card number
- Expiration date
- Card security code
- Card billing address (if different)
