It is usually a requirement for companies wishing to conduct business in foreign states to supply a copy of the Certificate of Existence along with their Application for Authority or like form to prove their validity. The filing fee for this document is only $10 and the entire process can be conducted online in the span of a couple of minutes.

Step 1- First you’re going to need to navigate to this website in order to begin the process. Here you will see the overview of the procedure and be given access to a link for a PDF viewer installation if needed.
Step 2- You can find the business for which you’d like to purchase the certificate by entering either the control number (which will provide a refined search) or by supplying the name of the business.
Step 3- If you searched by name, you’ll be presented with a list similar to the one below. You can scroll through the results until the desired business is found.
Step 4- Review the company’s information before clicking Generate Certificate which will bring forth an email address where it will be sent. You will be asked to enter your email twice before clicking continue.
Step 5- The final step will involve entering in the credit card information to cover the filing fee of $10. This can be paid for using Visa, Amex, Discover or Mastercard. The paying of the fee will complete the process and the PDF will be sent to your email for downloading.
