In accordance with the Colorado Revised Statute 7-102-101 all corporations in operation within the State of Colorado must adopt a corporate bylaw. Adopting a bylaw allows for an agreement to be put in place not only between the employees, managers, and incorporators of the corporation but between all of them and the corporation itself. A corporate bylaw is useful in the fact that it explicitly outlines the rules and regulations that define a corporation. This will not need to be filed with the Secretary of State but can instead be kept at the corporations principle office address.
