Corporate bylaws are used to underline the rules of a corporation, including information on annual meetings, power of the board of directors, compensation of its officers and any other responsibilities, rights or liabilities of the managing members that have not already been established in the Articles of Incorporation. This form will not be filed with the Secretary of State, instead, it will be adopted by the board of directors in accordance with § 4-26-809. On this page we have supplied a bylaws template in both MS Word and Adobe PDF formats.
