The Alaska partnership agreement is a document that binds the members of a standard partnership, limited partnership (LP), or limited liability partnership (LLP). The form is not required under State law, Title 32 – Partnership, but should be considered as it will represent the only document stating the terms and conditions of how much each person owns in the entity (listed as a percentage). The form will also have language in relation to the operation of the business and if there are any managing members. Once the document has been signed by all members it is to be distributed and kept personally as the state does not hold copies of this form. We have provided a free template on this webpage, available for download in PDF and MS Word formats.
