An Alaska operating agreement, as described in AS 10.50.095, allows the member(s) of a company to create, restrict, or amend rules as the business is to be run. The form should also spell out the ownership interest of each person along with the necessary details about the LLC such as registered agent, principal place of business, how many times the company is to meet per year, and any other details that should be included. The template we have provided on this webpage can be downloaded in PDF and MS Word formats.
